hello,
my name is jo, i'm from germany and i'm new to this forum. With this first image (just a test with blender, LuxCore and an apple rendered with windows) I congratulate you on a very promising software.

If you are looking for some critique: I think the apple is a bit oversaturated and not glossy enough.
I would recommend to look at some reference images for guidance.
Did you use procedural or image textures?
It's possible to create quite convincing apples with just procedural textures, but I think it's easier to use image textures (there should be a few around on the web).

wahn and B.Y.O.B., thank you! Of course critique is always welcome. That's why I've learned among other things that the leaves on an apple grow elsewhere ... but not in the middle of the stalk.
