Re: LuxCore v2.3 proposed features

Fu@k small and quality of life features, I will add CUDA/Optix support has an option to the poll  Probably you wrote with a smile on face, but as I can't see you, I can't understand the reason why supporting CUDA/Optix exclude "small and quality of life features"? Because support...

Re: Network Rendering: Tonemapping problem

As I wrote in my first post, any kind of color management done inside Blender can not be replicate when working outside. This is not a good news. If it's not really possible to have what we have in Blender outside it, could be possible to make in a reverse way: bypass any Blender color correction a...

Re: Kitchen + Living_

I started reading the posts about the LuxCache section, but there are so many pages to absorb and lots of tests to do at a time when I have absolutely no time. About PhotonGI (PGI) in my opinion there aren't so much to tweak. Just turn down the photon numbers for testing and check the glossiness th...

Re: Network Rendering: Tonemapping problem

Tested with a super simple scene inside blender InsideBlender.png With Network Rendering NetworkRendering.png Inside Luxcore UI InsideLuxCoreUI.png this is the Blend file with bcf file inside the zip. Other "strange" thing is that it seems that is not exporting the file format. It saves al...

Network Rendering: Tonemapping problem

Hi, I've a scene exported from Blender and saved in bcf file format. Network rendering seems working good but the preview of the image show me an image with no tonemapper applied. This is the tonemapped image (there are some differences due to some textures changes but it's not these the problem) dl...

Re: LuxCoreRender v2.2beta4 released

It seems that the last nightly build of 2.81 resolved the issue with adding image map with luxcore.

I've tried in a "one cube scene" and it works.
If anyone else could try, could be good .

Re: LuxCoreRender v2.2beta4 released

2.81 is not supported, cause it's in alpha stage.
For example, this 2.81 build (blender-2.81-4c4a8bf588c5-windows64) is working good...later crashes has you reported.

So, best stay on 2.80

Re: Path Space Regularization (aka the solution to SDS paths)

could I wrote something really wrong? :) Sorry for this... the problem, if I've understood is that when the angle becom too narrow, everything outside that angle become black. So I thought this: subdivide the maximum search angle in N steps, for every steps, take the pixel brightness and divide by t...
