Yes, that's better! I see how different horizon line is. There's no difference if bump is disabled though.

When I started the LuxCore render below, I forgot to add the ocean bump map, which I fixed since, so if you render the scene you'll get a slightly different ocean surface. 1. There was similar trouble in 2.79
I can't see that another "step" in 2.8 though.
Upd: Found it. Try setting them to equal number.
