I think its cause luxcore does not take in count that modifier maybe

Hi. I am using a weighted normal modifier in my mesh in order to avoid the broken reflections of the mesh. I can see it works in the viewport, but not in the render. I would like to achieve an acrylic plastic of 5 mm thickness.
This but thinner. But checking references ...made me realize its actually quite similar to the render :)
I also attached a screenshot of my model, the surface kind of pink...its the acrylic.
