Re: PhotonGI cache
Is it normal, that Blender crashes with Caustic Cache, when there aren't any specular material in the scene? For example, if I change the dice material in B.Y.O.B.'s scene to mirror, it works fine, but when I change it to glossy (with minimum roughness and high specularity too) it crashes on the sta...

Re: PhotonGI cache
I have instant crash when I try to render any scene... Does it happen with any scene ? For instance, including the one posted above by B.Y.O.B. ? It didn't crash with B.Y.O.B.'s scene! However it always crashed before, even with a default cube and sun. So, I assume, it's something with my settings.

I have 8 GB RAM. Maybe it's low RAM related?

Re: OpenImageDenoise
First of all, great respect for everyone involved in this development! It was really inspiring to follow it in the forum. I wonder that now that LuxCore has these new albedo and normal passes, maybe BCD could use them too. I can imagine, that it would give better results in some cases than OIDN. (Pr...

Re: Procedural texture with 2D Mapping
I will try to ask differently.
Is there a procedural noise texture (like Perlin) in BlendLuxCore that can be used with UV Map?

Procedural texture with 2D Mapping
How can I use a procedural texture in BlendLuxCore with 2D Mapping?
Currently I'd like to use something like a stretched Perlin Noise (for randomised stripes) and I'd like it to follow the edges of the object.
So it should use the UV map.
