Please, do something with sound. I can barely hear your voice. Can you move computer farther from microphone? There's too much fan noise.

The problem is blinking. It's distracting, the only thing I can think is the person who invented that blinker and things I want to do to that "software designer".

Tried rendering with lens. I didn't know how exactly lens are in real camera, so I downloaded free model to have some reference. I managed to get actual image. cdf-lens.jpg I guess lenses in this model aren't very accurate. I need to replace it with good lenses from plugin. Here's the camera: cam.jp...

You should try it. Take a blender daily build, take a daily BlendLuxCore build and try it. At the moment it's the only way to preview textures without passing by Cycles or EEVEE . And if you have any requests about this, make a question to B.Y.O.B that is developing the Blender addon. I'll try, but...

Didn't try it yet, but isn't this also ray-trayced? Material preview shouldn't use ray traycing. It should just project texture and add bump. Now luxcore pretty useless when it comes to texturing objects. You must set up textures in cycles or eevee, then do something to uv until ur satisfied with lo...
