Re: Epsilon
these values do not work for me.
This model is from CAD.
I plan to render a lot of such models in Luxcore. You need to figure it out, to reach the truth.
Yes, if you do a retopo, then the rendering goes without errors.

Epsilon
If you switch from CPU to GPU, then artifacts appear.
I know that such artifacts are corrected with Epsilon values.
But, for some reason, I cannot pick them up this time.

Re: Trying to get rid of fairflies, need advice.
Set the Clamp value to 1 first. Make a test render of a small section of the image. Then set the value to 2-4. Check again. You need such a value when there will be no fireflies, but the scene will not lose in lighting. Most likely, a value in the region of 5-8 will suit you. https://i.imgur.com/9XW...

and no need to wait 55 minutes!
select ctrl + B the most problematic area, small, and do quick renderings only of it. Conveniently, you can switch slots in the view of ready renders

Re: Trying to get rid of fairflies, need advice.
there it is necessary to set the maximum brightness value for any pixel in the image.
try it, put 1, and it will get a little dark, but the fireflies will disappear.
then, gradually increase the value until the fireflies reappear.
well, or give me a scene, I have 15 minutes of time, I'll see.
