Re: BlendLuxCore Development
Hey! Potential feature request. Would it be possible to have an option to convert Cycles nodes to Lux nodes? Not at render time, but either across the scene or for a material? Often I end up remaking materials from scratch, but it would be nice to have the translation attempt, as well as the colours...

Re: LuxCore AOV outputs are strange When using few spp(1spp)
Here is an answer from this thread: https://forums.luxcorerender.org/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2084 Because LuxCore is a "pure" path tracer without path-split: for instance, if you have glass, the path will be reflected or refracted (i.e. not both paths will be followed) and, with 1 samples ...

Re: Master Bedroom
Really nicely done!
I like how the third photo is almost burnt out, but you can still just see the floor texture. Make's it feel 'bright', as the sun would be without ruining the render.

Re: Luxviewer
A while ago (years) AMC Bridge wrote an exporter for Revit I believe, and LuxRender. It was designed to help render on the cloud, but it could do local export as well. I remember helping a friend of mine render out some university assignments, she was doing design. https://www.amcbridge.com/newsroom...

Re: Texture view in Blender viewport
Tried that "LookDev". Useless crap. I didn't talked about your person, or B.Y.O.B.'s or anyone's on this forum, did I? Why do you talk about mine? Because BYOB was kind enough to add that feature, something which quite a lot of us who frequent the forum would know, and are grateful for co...

Re: Luxcore Shader Tutorial

Really nice render, the reflections in the water went really well.B.Y.O.B. wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 12:20 pm Something like that, yes.
But maybe that changes in the next competition, since I picked "Caustics" as the theme
Saw that! Looking forward to the next competitions entries...
