Can it be the filesaver engine blender blend texture transformation is wrong? I can't read 4x4 matrix, is it correct? LuxCore render looks wrong / different. The milkwater looks like there is fat on top, then down from there water, and even more down maybe mixed milk protein particles. :) Got the external .crf working.
The dorfCurves.txt type formation works.
Only the blender exporter wont copy the crf file to exported scene 00000 folder.
It links the drive address that you set in luxcoreblend.
Works both ways, with name or address in render.cfg file.

If you did boolean modifier in Blender to cut holes in mesh, there is this issue with unmanifolded edges and triangles that look like edges because they have 0 diameter and surfece normal is in unknow direction (backwards or in any other wrong direction). Will this even work with the denoiser?
Seems to work, but maybe not.
I will run overnight the non VM and see if there is less noise.

Yes i have BCD denoiser default settings enabled , it uses 28GB now with 4000 x 3000. But it's set to denoise after 12 hours. The 4k render has been rendering over 12 hours now, denoiser didn't crash. sampler.type = "RANDOM" renderengine.type = "BIDIRVMCPU" 1 Light source, HDRi m...

Rendering at 8000 x 6000 causes render crash after few seconds rendering, but 4000 x 3000 is totally fine. Doesn't seem to be scene specific. Disabled film opencl, CPU only rendering, no difference.
