Matte is fine, it is matte after all.
Glossy translucent is not. It's name is misleading, it's behaviour is unrealistic. It refuse to obey volume settings; mixing it with glass results in funny, well, result.

Glossy Translucent in fact is not translucent. I suggest renaming it to something like 'Glossy 100% Scattering'.

Opacity

Does "Opacity" slider on materials have any physical meaning? I have glossy translucent material with ior e.g. 1.5, world volume ior 1. I make glossy translucent 0.2 opaque, and it does look otherwordly.

How ever beer foam seems to be close to a compact packing of spheres because the bubbles are pretty and tiny. I think it's because some bubbles collapse, spilling liquid between cells, so some kind of beer foam can be done with smaller bubbles between large bubbles and beer filling the gaps. I curr...

Bubbles and foam are a complex matter. Bubble is made of water captured between soap molecules.
