In your images it's not too dark in null material just in glass material.
My experience is that volumes much darker in glass material than in null.
So I suggest that use glass material for juice and set low parametets to the volume, then start to strengthen.

Use glass material for juice instead of null, then tweak volume settings until it doesn't look fine.
After that it will look good in the glass object too.

As far as I know, LuxCore supports equally AMD and NVidia GPUs, but unfortunately there are softwares that require NVidia, so in your place I'd rather buy one AMD and one NVidia card.

After some comparisons I think again, that something is not perfect with LuxCore bump mapping. Left side is highly subdivided and has displacement modifier with the bump texture. So do we know why are these dark patches and how to fix that? I wonder how is it that other renderers don't suffer from this. Maybe some dirty tricks to limit normals or bump strenght? I think it is related, that strong bump mapping flips normals:

The light softness is very different. Try with a distant mesh light instead.

You could use some wavy textured emission (with disabled DLS) on the bottom of the pool.

(Of course, this is a crappy, fake solution that even Cycles able to do, but it looks, there isn't any better solution here either at the moment.)
