I have perhaps related issue with slow sampling through archi glass and non archi glass. I set the sun size 10x and sun gain 10x and 60W light bulb inside room is overpowering the sun with linear tonemapper. Sun comes in from another openings by reflecting from another surfaces, but not through glas...

The BiDirVMcpu doesn't play well with the refresh interval at all. Single light layer and the rest time is 0 with 7000 ms update.

Single default light group with path, lag gone, almost perfect 16-17 ms.

I was unsuccessful to replicate this issue today. It happened last with huge scene (60 meters, 400M triangles) and BidirVMcpu + MLT. The windows had architectural glass enabled, there were hemi hdr, sun and 1 point lamp. One thing though, in homogeneous volume with multiscattering off, point lamp is...

Has anyone noticed this when you go to change film render resolution in luxcore ui, then sometimes it wont change and will be stuck there, memory and CPU use gets very low. More often it will happen when environment is homogeneous volume with multiscattering off, almost never with heterogeneous volu...

I did 800 x 1200 pix and still crashes with 10-11GB of memory use.
No crash in alpha1, the memory use goes there to 14GB that leaves 90% free memory.
