Re: How to disable optix rendering for gtx 1070ti?
In windows 10 running blendluxcore or standalone Luxcore it's the same in terms of performance, the same samples per second.

Re: How to disable optix rendering for gtx 1070ti?
Same experience here, in cycles x using only the gpu is faster than using my cpu whereas in blendluxcore 2.61 is the opposite the gpu is slower, it is strange.
I am on windows 10, my cpu is dual xeon x5680 and gpu nvidia 1050ti.

Re: Comparing lighting between blendluxcore 2.61 and 2.5
Dez the filmic settings are the same i don't think this is the reason. I made another test and it seems disney material behaves differently between blendluxcore versions 2.61 and 2.5, while the glossy material gives the same result to both versions. The scene is light up with a hdr. benchscene 2.61 ...

Re: How to disable optix rendering for gtx 1070ti?
Can you upload an example scene where you experiencing lower performance?
I have a gtx 1050ti and tested a scene with blendluxcore versions 2.61, 2.5 and 2.4, versions 2.61 and 2.5 had about the same time and version 2.4 was a bit slower.

Re: Comparing lighting between blendluxcore 2.61 and 2.5
It is the same scene so all the settings are the same , so why the big difference in lighting exposure between version 2.61 and 2.5? Is it something that handles the lighting intensity that has changed between the two versions or there is something going on with disney material? As i said in every l...

Comparing lighting between blendluxcore 2.61 and 2.5
In a simple scene: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dsdzi2jEkP4nM0oOFK_LdxJeWwqsoucs/view?usp=sharing with hdr lighting blendluxcore 2.61(blender 3.0.1) produces much darker result from version 2.5(blender 2.83.19).The 2.5 version produces the same lighting intensity result as cycles does. I went fu...

Re: Wood Interior 2022
Excellent work, beautiful images.
Maybe you want to try enabling pixel filtering in the sampling tab in order to avoid antialiasing issues.
