OK, thanks. I'll just ignore it then.

Two F-Stop parameters
I have two F-Stop values under the Depth of Field settings on a camera when using LuxCore (2.2) as the renderer in Blender 2.82. Is this a bug, or are there supposed to be two separate values?

Re: Volumetric caustics in the wild
If you are interested about a specific movie, you should name it, maybe someone does know details :D If I recall correctly, all the scenes I had in mind are from Pixar movies, so they probably are just rendering insane lighting effects, and not faking anything. I made volumetric caustic animations ...

Volumetric caustics in the wild
I've been playing around with volumetric caustics in Blender with LuxCore, and while the renders take forever, the results are stunning. I can see why it's almost never used in animation, but I have seen scenes in CG movies with light shafts with visible dust floating in the air, and I was hoping so...

Re: Denoiser on animation renders
Using the compositor with the DENOISED output to the Composite node seems to work, so yes, that helps. Thanks!
But... why do you mix the noisy and denoised renders?

Denoiser on animation renders
How to I specify saving the denoised renders when rendering an image sequence? I have the image viewer to show the "DENOISED" render, but the files saved to disk are clearly the pre-denoised renders. I am using Blender 2.79 with LuxCore 2.2beta3.

Re: Finding a good noise level
Thanks to both of you. This helps me a lot with understanding how to use this halt condition.

Finding a good noise level
I have a fairly simple scene with volumetric caustics that I've been rendering at a fixed number of samples, and I thought I would try using the "noise level" halt condition, but I have no idea how to pick a sensible target value. I started with the default value of 5, and the render kept ...

Re: How to volumetric lighting in lux
I was trying to do this not long ago, and B.Y.O.B. gave me a good explanation and minimal starting .blend over on this thread: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1230#p14712

Re: Scattered light patterns
Now I don't suppose you have a dichroic glass Lux material lying around that I could play with, would you?
