Error when trying to uninstall Luxcoreblend from new Blender 2.93.6LTS
Hi. I am trying to see if the latest 2.96 Luxcoreblender build will work with new Blender 2.93.6 LTS, and I obtain an error when trying to uninstall previuos build (ever a 2.6 one, but earlier) from Blender Add Ons. I obtain the following error : " Python: Traceback (most recent call last): Fil...

SHOCKWAVES!!! - Re: F-104G
Here what I have achieved with concentric discs in the shape of the shockwaves, and a simply Disney material with a band/color ramp connected in "wrong" inputs, but that worked fine for the final result. The final image (256 samples) was despeckled with a photo editor. Attached a screensho...

Re: F-104G
I have seen the Shockwave photos. Yesterday while I was playing with true volumetrics for the scene, casually I activated bloom camera effect and hit the left view key: there I saw colors and contrasts similar to the ones of these photos. I think I can replicate the effect creating some specific mes...

Re: Issue with characteristics of a mesh to use as a volume domain
Hi! Just set up the smoke domain with a Blender smoke simulation, and all went ok. Very basic setup screenshot attached.
and the Flame, Heat, Temperature, Color, and Velocity input, where they can be plugged to obtain best effects? Maybe to a color ramp?
Thanks again and bye

Thanks
I will set a simulation in blender and if I have other doubts I will reply here.

Re: Issue with characteristics of a mesh to use as a volume domain
Very wrong setup (bad inputs), but much better results, in this VDB there is also a temperature value and I plug it into emission, obtaining something more realistic.

Re: Issue with characteristics of a mesh to use as a volume domain
Please excuse my incompetence with Python coding. How can I use these Python code into my Blender/LuxCoreRender setup? Attached a simple setup where I used a .vdb file that I found on the Web. With VDB giles the domain works. I wish I could do the same with the unlinked (for now) smoke NODE. I am ve...

Issue with characteristics of a mesh to use as a volume domain
Hi, I am trying to set a simple cube, and also other simple meshes, as domains for smoke data or for auto step function in homogeneous and heterogeneous volume nodes. The picker simple doesn't accept the cube and the other meshes as domains. Not talking about more complex meshes. Which are the chara...

Re: F-104G
An experiment with the F-104 immersed in the clouds, and with a different lighting setup. Please don't mind the trail glitches, the mesh defining volumetric volume shape has some kown problems (crossing polygons, it is another experiment with more transparent layers of concentric trails).
