Hi Sharlybg, thanks for the detailed feedback. I found the cross from cycles to lux not too bad, although I have much to learn still. I am definitely going to do something more with this, but probably a new scene just to change things up a bit. This time I want animation to be part of it. I think on...

First 'real' render with LuxCore
Hi all, I have done a few test type renders before, but this is my first scene in I would say has a deliberate set up. This was part of a talk I did on different render engines in Blender for the London Blender User Group. Would love to hear your feedback.

Hi like the render a lot. The qualitiy of the light feels very good. Two points I noticed, the close up of the jar, I can see the straight line polygons. It was only in the close up though. The other point is just a tip for all renders. CG is often too sharp and a bit brittle. To give it that photog...
