Re: Different rendering results in Windows and Linux
Maybe there was a problem of file name.
The name of a texture was SSS.png, and I changed it to sss.png, and everything works well.
File names including Capital letter partially, such as Face.png, have no problems.
Sorry for the inconvenience, Dade.

Different rendering results in Windows and Linux
Windows
I wonder the problem is caused by Absorption in material.
I used Windows 10 and Ubuntu 18.04, and Blender 2.90.1 and Luxcore 2.5 beta (also 2.4).
CPU render with Bidirectional.
Linux
Why Linux generates different results?I wonder the problem is caused by Absorption in material.

Re: LUX Girl
There was similar trouble in 2.79 hair.png You had to set both "steps" parameters to equal number to have hair rendered as they are in viewport. I can't see that another "step" in 2.8 though. Upd: Found it. Try setting them to equal number. hair28.png Thanks, wasd. It works perf...

Hair renderings are different between viewport render and actual rendering.
In viewport, hairs are smoothly rendered, but not in real rendering.

Re: Falloff?
You should calculate dot product between (shading normal vector) and normalized(camera_position - shading position).
It would be great if we could get the camera position and calculate a normalized vector from nodes.
